This refund policy applies to the purchase of prepaid minute packages for video calls with Santa Claus within the PapaNoel.chat App, operated by Alfredo Artiles Larralde with domicile in Spain.

2) Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate consumption of minutes:

  • No refunds are offered once a minute package purchase is completed.
  • Unused minutes within the 7-day period expire automatically and are non-refundable.
  • In case of technical problems that prevent use of the service, contact us at help@papanoel.chat and we will evaluate each case individually.
  • This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under applicable legislation, including the right of withdrawal when applicable.

3) Relationship with Terms of Service

This policy is part of the Terms of Service for PapaNoel.chat. In case of conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the provisions of the Terms of Service will prevail, without prejudice to rights that cannot be limited by applicable legislation. Terms of Service.
