What a call looks like, step by step

You do the setup, in a couple of minutes, from your phone. When the moment comes, you hand the phone to your child and that is it.

You tell us four things about your child: their name, their age, what they love and what they have just achieved.
You pick the character and the language for the conversation.
The character calls. They appear on screen, greet your child by name and start talking.
Your child talks, the character listens and answers for real — about what they just said.

A tip: stay nearby the first time. The first ten seconds are the best part and you will not want to miss them.

Why children believe it

The difference between a generic video and this is personalization. The character knows your daughter is called Lucy, that she is five, that she is obsessed with dinosaurs and that she learned to tie her shoelaces this week. And they bring it up when it fits, not as a checklist.
